Jeffrey Alexander: Persistently Fighting For All Clients – I Love My Attorney Spotlight

Jeffrey Alexander was born in Tucson, Arizona. His father served for 20 years in the Arizona state legislature. Once his family moved to Denver, Jeff spent most of his childhood outdoors. Something he loved to do was be out on the water during the summertime. He learned how to fish at a young age, and picked it up very quickly! When learning to fish, patience is a virtue you have to learn. Jeff has a very never-give-up type of personality that his friends and family would say makes him a fierce person. He is always persistent when tackling any problem head-on. When he was small, this showed through his fishing, never wanting to leave a fishing trip without at least catching one fish! Then as he grew up, it came out during school projects, after-school jobs, and his friendships.

While Jeff was attending the University of Colorado, he worked in the wholesale seafood industry in order to save money for law school at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. He was determined to get himself through law school, no matter what it took! His interest in law started with his Aunt Sandra Day O’Connor, who became the first female justice confirmed to the United States Supreme Court. Her accomplishments inspired him to look for a career in law and put his own skills to the test. Once he graduated from Gonzaga University, he made the long 3000-mile drive all the way to South Florida to begin his career.

His law career started as an attorney for insurance companies. He represented the company and its insureds in defense of injury claims. He brings such a unique perspective to Steinger, Greene & Feiner! With 29 years of litigation experience, we are so happy he is now fighting for clients who have been injured. With his knowledge of how insurance companies fight against personal injury claims, he is able to outsmart them and get his clients a settlement they deserve. Jeff loves coming to the office and speaking with his fellow attorneys, coming up with new ways of knocking down barriers in cases he is currently working on. Sometimes the best resource is your coworkers! Something Jeff would like all new clients to be aware of is having a clear understanding of the sequence of events of how the accident occurred, while also providing proof, is the most powerful evidence in a personal injury case!

Jeff and his son ConnorLiving in South Florida his boating and fishing hobbies quickly became an every weekend trip, especially now that he can share it with his son, Connor. But if he isn’t by the water, he normally plays the guitar for friends and family. With summer being the only season in Florida, his favorite thing is going to the beach and enjoying the sound of the ocean while watching the sun rise. Jeff thinks that if he wasn’t an attorney, he would go into business with his son, Connor, who is just as go-getter as he is!

This attorney spotlight is part of a series to highlight the outstanding work and dedication that Steinger, Greene & Feiner attorneys deliver every day.
