During and after law school, Jason Bateman worked exclusively in personal injury. He was always attracted to the idea of challenging large corporations and insurance companies on behalf of injured individuals. Prior to joining Steinger, Greene & Feiner, Jason was an attorney in New York City and represented clients throughout the state. He left New York to accept the position here and relocated to South Florida.
Prior to joining our team, Jason worked at a busy plaintiff’s firm and experienced every aspect of personal injury law in a variety of cases, including catastrophic injuries and medical malpractice. He represented clients at all stages of the litigation process, from the investigative stage to jury trials and appeals. As an attorney, Jason picked over thirty juries and obtained more than twenty verdicts in personal injury cases. He obtained millions of dollars for clients through settlements and verdicts, including a $14 million verdict for an injured client in 2019. In Florida, Jason has continued to obtain millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.
The truth is, Jason is passionate about trying cases and getting his clients the compensation they deserve. To Jason, the most appealing aspect of this job is getting in front of a jury and telling his client’s story. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing a client was fairly and justly compensated.
