Lindsay Naparstek is an attorney in the West Palm Beach office of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene. She focuses her legal practice on helping victims of auto accidents, slip and fall, defective product, drug injury, and other personal injury cases.
Originally born in Brooklyn, New York, Lindsay grew up in Coral Springs, Florida and earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center in May 2011. While in law school, Lindsay gained significant legal experience as a personal injury law clerk and as a Florida Bar Fellow interning in the Child Advocacy Department at the Legal Aid Society of Broward County.
Before entering law school, she earned a Master of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, Huizenga School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 2005.
Prior to joining Steinger, Iscoe & Greene Lindsay began her legal career as an Insurance Defense Attorney, focusing on the areas of automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, and insurance coverage claims. Lindsay gained valuable insight into the defense strategies and tactics of large corporate defendants, which aids in her ability to maximize her clients’ recoveries.
