Ronnie M. Gotti was originally born in New Jersey but established his residence in south Florida over the past twenty years.
Mr. Gotti received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Florida International University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. During the three years he attended law school, he also worked full-time as a lead law clerk at a commercial litigation firm representing individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigation including franchise law, construction defect, and sophisticated real estate transaction disputes. Upon his admission to the Florida Bar, he was appointed corporate counsel for a medical technology firm. As corporate counsel, he represented the corporation during commercial negotiations and advised the corporation on HIPAA security and privacy compliance.
For the better part of the past decade, Mr. Gotti has dedicated his practice strictly to the field of personal injury litigation, trying cases throughout the state of Florida. While working for Florida’s largest personal injury firms, Mr. Gotti has represented those who have suffered through a wrongful death or sustained catastrophic injuries involved in auto negligence, premises liability, slip/trip and fall, nursing home/assisted living abuse and neglect, and medical malpractice.
