Paul Silvestri is an attorney at Steinger, Greene and Feiner’s Tampa office. Mr. Silvestri earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2009.
Before graduating law school, he clerked for the Honorable Marva Crenshaw. Paul began his legal career helping homeowners fight to save their homes during the Great Recession. He then worked at a highly regarded civil defense firm in St. Petersburg representing some of the largest insurance companies in Florida. Paul has participated in all aspects of civil litigation, including mediations, arbitrations and jury trials.
Paul utilizes his years of experience as an attorney for insurance companies for the benefit of his clients. This background has given Paul an insight into how insurance companies think, how they value injuries/damages, and how they attack a case. Paul uses this knowledge to help his clients beat the insurance company and get justice.
Paul is active in his community. In 2016, Paul was elected to represent the 6th Circuit of the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. He is a member of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, St. Petersburg Bar Foundation, and a past member of the Barney Masterson American Inn of Court, an organization comprised of local attorneys and judges in both the private and public sector. In 2017, he was awarded a Gerald Bennet Scholarship by the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar to attend the Advanced International Trial Advocacy Program at Keble College, Oxford, England – a week long course described as “the most demanding and intensive of any advocacy course in the UK.” Paul was selected as a Rising Star in 2019 & 2020 by Florida Super Lawyers.
Paul currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife and two sons.
