Paul G. Totten is a highly-experienced litigation attorney at Steinger, Greene, & Feiner, with a record of successful trial results, including several defense verdicts and million-dollar settlements, spanning an eighteen-year career.
Paul founded Franqui Totten, LLP in 2012, where he handled a myriad of client matters and causes of action, including personal injury, general litigation, corporate and regulatory, and compliance law, primarily focusing on plaintiff’s side. He has valuable experience in litigation and taking BI cases to trial for both the defense and plaintiff sides, and his knowledge of the strategies employed by the defense allows Paul to anticipate and build up client cases with those tactics in mind.
What excites Paul most is fighting for the little guy and for what’s right. Trial work is his passion, and while he strives to achieve the best result for his clients as soon as possible, he takes great pride in preparing his client’s case for trial from inception.
This strategy fosters the earliest ability at resolution, as the defense is aware of his preparation and that he has no fear of going all the way to trial to achieve the best resolution for his clients.
After almost 8 years as founder and partner at his own firm, Paul joins Steinger, Greene & Feiner and brings with him tremendous passion and incredible abilities as a knowledgeable attorney.
