Nicholas M. Sarta joined Steinger, Greene & Feiner in January of 2020 after relocating to Port St. Lucie, Florida from Brooklyn, New York. He passed the Florida Bar in February of 2019, his third state Bar, and he is currently admitted to practice in Florida, New York, and New Jersey.
Nicholas relocated to Florida after practicing personal injury law in New York and New Jersey for 8 years where he was involved in the successful litigation of hundreds of cases including automobile accidents, premise liability, medical malpractice, construction accidents, toxic torts, and violations of civil rights.
Nicholas was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He graduated from City University of New York, Brooklyn College with a B.A. in English, after studying a semester abroad in London, England. He then attended New York Law School where he earned his J.D. Degree, while working at criminal defense and personal injury firms.
After graduating from law school, Nicholas established a personal injury firm representing plaintiffs in various matters where he was able to obtain generous awards for his clients over the course of 8 years.
During his time in New York, Nicholas was a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association, and the Columbian Lawyers Association. He was featured in VerdictSearch’s Top New York Settlements of 2015 for successfully representing an injured bicyclist and was also honored with Schnepps Communications’ “Rising Stars of 2015” award.
