James M. Kelemen

James M. Kelemen is a personal injury attorney at our West Palm Beach office. He focuses his practice on personal injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip, and falls, negligent security cases, wrongful death cases, and other personal injury cases.

Jim graduated summa cum laude from Georgian Court University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance, where he was honored with membership in the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration and the Dean’s List. He then spent nearly a decade in business, gaining experience in accounting and management before returning to law school to earn his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in 2011. While in law school, James was awarded the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Student of the Year 2011 and published an article “Know the Hidden Dangers in Hot Tubs” in the Safety Report – Summer 2011 Edition.

Before joining Steinger, Greene, and Feiner, Jim had spent the last ten years as an insurance defense attorney representing corporations and individuals in personal injury claims which provided him with the knowledge and experience to provide high-quality, aggressive representation to those injured due to the negligence of others.
