Garrett Knisley is a personal injury attorney at the Steinger, Greene & Feiner office in Nashville, TN. He joined Steinger, Greene & Feiner because of the firm’s reputation and proven results in maximizing client recovery.
Garrett attended Belmont University College of Law and graduated summa cum laude in 2014. During his law school tenure, he was a member of the Law Review and received 5 Best Performance Awards in courses including Torts and Legal Information and Communication. Garrett received his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration.
Garrett has been practicing law in Tennessee for 8 years in areas including personal injury, estate planning, conservatorships, and estate and trust litigation. Before joining Steinger, Greene & Feiner, Garrett was a personal injury attorney in Columbia, TN, where he gained extensive experience in prelitigation negotiations and civil tort litigation.
Garrett served on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Bar Association Young Lawyers’ Division in 2018 and the Board of Governors for the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association in 2021. His accomplishments include successful appellate work and oral argument before the Tennessee Supreme Court in 2019.
Over the course of his career, Garrett has developed a passion for advocacy through his litigation experience and government relations work. His zealous advocacy is evident through his representation of injured plaintiffs. Garrett is a proud father of two girls and spends much of his time with them when he is not attending to the needs of his clients. As a Nashville native, he also enjoys all the music, sports, and entertainment Nashville has to offer.
