Carl Wald is an attorney in the Port St. Lucie office of Steinger, Greene & Feiner. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996 he has devoted his career to representing injured clients in negligence litigation. He handles all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases, including automobile negligence, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, and dog bites.
Carl is experienced in litigation and does not shy away from taking cases to trial to ensure our clients receive the compensation they deserve. If there’s one thing he understands, it’s how financially, emotionally, and physically devastating an accident can be and that’s exactly why he fights so hard for his clients.
Carl has secured several multi-million dollar recoveries for his past clients, including a $1.3 million jury verdict for a man permanently injured by a collapsing wall at a private sober treatment home, as well as a $1.7 million settlement on behalf of a woman who slipped and fell at her place of work. Carl is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Carl graduated from Buffalo State College in 1989. After taking a few years off after college, he graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 1995. Carl lives in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida with his wife, Tara, and his two children, Brody and Chase.
