West Palm Beach Crash Under Investigation

A crash in Florida is being investigated by the West Palm Beach Police Department. The accident occurred on North Congress Avenue on August 13, 2017.

According to the latest information, a Toyota Corolla was traveling southbound in the northbound lane. That car sideswiped one vehicle that was traveling in the correct direction, and then struck another car head-on. A person that was in the second car hit died as a result of the injuries sustained in the crash.

Because the investigation is ongoing, police are asking that any witnesses to the accident contact them at 561-822-1900. Knowing what happened may help police in reconstructing the accident and holding the offending parties responsible. It is currently unknown if alcohol or drugs played a part in the crash.
