Sean Greene’s family and colleagues describe him as extremely loyal, caring, supportive, dedicated and relentless. We can’t think of a better way to describe the partner of Steinger, Greene & Feiner, a renowned personal injury law firm in South Florida.

Sean sets the standard as one of the most relentless attorneys in South Florida today; fighting for the justice his clients deserve.

All his clients agree that Sean is a man of his word and when he promises to do something, he does everything in his power to ensure that promise is fulfilled. That level of character comes directly from his own past. His stake in the personal injury field, is in fact, very personal.

Sean’s work is a living memorial to his sister, Leslie, who was suffered a life changing head injury after an auto accident in 1998. Tragically, Leslie later died due to the negligence of staff at a nursing home where she was receiving care after her accident. Initially, the nursing home issued an incorrect lab report related to Leslie’s death. It was only when Sean investigated the matter further that he discovered Leslie was given 10 times her prescribed dose of anti-seizure medication, which ultimately contributed to her death.

He fought for her memory and made sure that the nursing home was held accountable for their actions. And today, he uses that same level of relentless dedication to ensure his clients receive the justice they deserve.

Sean established a foundation which benefits those who have sustained traumatic brain injuries and other accident-related injuries, to honor the memory of Leslie.

Sean’s relentless pursuit of truth and justice made all the difference to his family and his sister’s memory. His legal character was shaped by this event. He now pursues all his client’s personal injury claims as if they were his own family. Because he knows exactly how it feels to be on the other end of a personal injury claim. A personal stake in personal injury, a lifetime fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves.

Sean was born in Cleveland, Ohio but moved to Naples Florida when he was 12. As Sean puts it, Florida is about the simple things in life and he enjoys the slow-paced living that contrasts his fast-paced life at the firm.

It was in Florida that he would ultimately find his home. He moved from the Browns to the Dolphins and had the distinct pleasure of supporting two of the most underdog teams in the NFL today. Thankfully Sean’s son is restoring his faith in the game by playing Division 1 Football in college. He is already making his dad proud!

As a young man, Sean decided to pursue a career in business and only decided to learn more about the law so he could understand what was needed to be successful in business.

Mr. Greene graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida, in 1989. He attended St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, where he received his law degree in 1993. He is one of the first lawyers in the country to have completed Harvard University’s National College of Driving Under the Influence Defense.

The rest, as they say, is history. Sean found that the law appealed to his meticulous nature and his character overall. The more he learned about the law, the more he knew he wanted to follow a career as a lawyer.

And now, 20 years later, Sean has created a legacy with Steinger, Greene & Feiner.

Mr. Greene has represented people from all walks of life. From everyday people in West Palm Beach who have been changed forever by car accidents to coaches and players in the National Football League (NFL) and Major League Baseball (MLB) who have been victims of personal injuries.

He also received the highest distinction of an AV® rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which recognizes Sean Greene as possessing “Very High-Preeminent” legal ability with “Very High” ethical standards. But he is most widely known in South Florida as the cohosted of the TV program “Your Legal Rights”.

Sean’s determination and personal sacrifice are rooted in his dedication to ensure that every Steinger, Greene & Feiner client is made whole again. Sean and his family have experienced personal loss, much like the clients Steinger, Greene & Feiner attorneys fight for today. His mission is personal and his goal is to ensure that justice is always done and that every client leave his office saying “I love my attorney”.
