As we approach September, we must remember that it is Hunger Action Month across the United States. It is a time for the community to unite and raise awareness about the issue of hunger and what we can do to fight back against it.
We are thrilled to announce that Steinger, Greene & Feiner is partnering with Feeding South Florida to help fight hunger in our communities. We ask everyone to open their hearts and lend a helping hand by donating any of the following items: pasta, canned soup, canned goods, peanut butter, whole grain cereal, mac and cheese, rice and beans, and canned meats. Every little bit helps, and we appreciate any contribution you can make.
To show our support for Hunger Action Month, we are running a fund drive and offering orange SGF bracelets for each $5 contribution made. Orange is the official color of Hunger Action Month, and we think it’s a great way to show our solidarity with this important cause.
