PIP Attorney

Job Description

The PIP Attorney will be able to manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity.

List of Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage and oversee a large case load
  • Required to attend depositions and hearings
  • Preparation of various legal documents including motions, memorandums and discovery
  • Respond to complaints, discovery requests and file motions with the court as needed
  • Handle all aspects of litigation up and through trial of the case and assisting senior attorneys in trial

Qualifications and Special Skills

  • 1 to 2 years of litigation experience
  • 1 to 2 years of PIP experience preferred
  • Must be in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making and relationship building
  • Ability to be a team player and work in a fast paced atmosphere
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, comfortable working independently, possess excellent follow-up skills and be able to consistently meet deadlines


  • JD required
  • Barred in the State of Florida
  • Must have experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.
