A former Yankees player involved in a Florida drunk driving accident has agreed to pay a $350,000 settlement to the family of a woman killed in a Fort Lauderdale auto accident, according to UPI.com.

The 46-year-old man is awaiting trial for manslaughter charges for the Fort Lauderdale drunk driving accident.
