A Palm Beach Gardens motorcycle fatality has local citizens thinking twice about this minimally protective mode of transportation. Saturday October 12th, at around 1:30AM 41-year-old Jose Rueda lost control of his bike when exiting I-95 southbound on to the PGA Blvd on-ramp. The driver of the 2001 Honda motorcycle hit a barrier wall, was ejected from the vehicle and thrown over the barrier where he fell down to PGA Blvd. Despite wearing a helmet, investigators and firefighters pronounced Rueda deceased at the scene.
