Steinger, Greene and Feiner Donates for Back to School Drive

The Steinger, Greene & Feiner team partnered with Health Rehab for a back to school drive. Donations from our employees filled 27 boxes with school supplies for children in the SOS Children’s Villages foster care program. The supplies collected included not only the basics, like pencils and paper, but pricier items as well, such as scientific calculators and science display boards. The supplies, which were collected under Steinger, Greene & Feiner’s #SIGCares outreach program, covered a large conference room table.

Health Rehab is a Fort Lauderdale rehabilitation clinic that believes in going the extra mile for patients to ‘restore joy’ to their lives through activities like its outreach program, its ‘Action Life Adventures,’ and its ‘Action Life Skate Series.’ According to Michael Steinger, Health Rehab represented a perfect partner for Steinger, Greene & Feiner’s volunteer outreach efforts.

In a quote on Facebook, a representative from Health Rehab said, “From the moment I entered the door this morning at Steinger, Greene & Feiner injury lawyers in Ft. Lauderdale, it was evident there was a strong energy, buzz, and company culture going on. The smiles, gratitude, and drive I saw and felt were amazing.” They added, “SIG, you are an incredible firm with a heart to help in the community.”

Michael Steinger reported that the #SIGCares back-to-school drive effort benefitted SOS Children’s Villages, a foster care neighborhood in Coconut Creek which houses up to 75 boys and girls from troubled backgrounds at any given time. The SOS Children’s Villages foster care program’s promise of“Healing, Hope, and Home for Every Child” assures every child growing up in the Village a safe and secure home, a nurturing family, a vibrant childhood, and an array of services to help them overcome their past traumas and build a successful future.

Steinger, Greene & Feiner was excited to help this wonderfully charitable organization. “There are so many families and children in our communities who cannot afford the basics, like school supplies. I believe every child should be able to share in the excitement of the new year and bring brand new supplies on the first day of school,” said Michael Steinger. “Our employees share that passion for community aid and giving back to those in need.”

Genevieve Areson of SOS Children’s Villages said, “Wow! Our kids are going to be so ready for this school year! Thank you so much, Steinger, Greene & Feiner injury lawyers.”
