Ian Duncan is a partner at Steinger, Greene & Feiner and, an attorney that is best known for his determination; a quality he uses every day to the advantage of clients and fellow attorneys as the head of the pre-litigation department.

Ian grew up just outside of Philadelphia in West Chester, PA. and, now calls Palm Beach, Florida his home. Even now, he is still awe-inspired by the area’s rich history and cultural diversity; each community a new and refreshing scene to discover. Ian has worked with clients from all parts of South Florida.

It was in the 11th grade that Ian first decided to become a lawyer. The idea struck him after learning about Clarence Darrow and the defense he provided in the Tennessee v. Scopes trial pertaining to evolution being taught in school in 1925. The trial was a spectacle and an important moment for U.S. law. [1]

Ian’s most memorable case is the Estate of Jerome Barson v. Venus Williams, wherein he prosecuted the wrongful death claims of Jerome Barson’s estate after he was killed from a car crash involving defendant, Venus Williams. [2]

Over his esteemed career, Ian has made it his mission to ensure that every single client that walks into his office is confident in their attorney. Whether helping other attorneys or working with clients directly, Ian is always determined to get justice for the injured.
