Drive-by shooting results in Florida wrongful death

A 19-year-old became the victim of a Florida wrongful death when he and his 11-year-old brother were shot.

The 11-year-old was also critically injured when a group of people drove by in a van and shots were fired into their home.

The Florida wrongful death may have been the result of gang activity.

An 18-year-old has been arrested in connection with the Florida wrongful death and shooting, and police say he has confessed to the shooting. Police continue to look for more suspects.
