Shannon McLane earned her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in May 2025, where she also completed all requirements for the Entertainment Law Certificate. During law school, Shannon was actively involved in the Entertainment Law Society, the American Inn of Courts, and served as the Media Coordinator for the Student Bar Association. She gained practical experience clerking for firms in both Tennessee and Texas, assisting with both prelitigation and litigation matters for personal injury and family law practice areas. Through the Access2Justice Fellowship Program, she also conducted research and developed resources to support low-income families, reflecting her commitment to service and access to justice.
Shannon previously graduated magna cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science. She prides herself on her attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills. As a former 10-year national-level competitive gymnast, Shannon brings discipline, resilience, and a strong work ethic to her legal career. She resides in Nashville and in her free time can be found enjoying a meal out with friends or getting active outside.
