Two vehicles were seen swerving in and out of traffic moments before a chain reaction crash. According to witnesses and reports of the incident, 10 people were hurt in the several collisions that were caused by the actions of the two drivers.
Police say that they did not know if the two vehicles were racing or if something else was going on. They did know that the swerving in and out of traffic led to the crashes. One of the vehicles left the roadway and hit a bus bench where two pedestrians were traveling. Both were struck.
