MIAMI, Fla. – A man led police on a wild car chase, dumping large amounts of marijuana from his truck just prior to crashing into another car.
On January 2, 2015, a woman called the police department from the Miami Princess Hotel. The woman reported that a man in a white Dodge Ram pointed a weapon at her and fired. The incident occurred just before 3 p.m.
A police officer in the area at the time observed a vehicle matching the description and attempted to stop the truck. Jorge Rochela, 30, the driver of the vehicle, refused to stop and sped away from the scene.
