Simone Boston earned her bachelor’s degree in English and International Studies at the SUNY Binghamton before relocating from her native Brooklyn, New York to South Florida. She attended the University of Miami School of Law as a Dean’s Honor Scholarship recipient.
Simone has been barred in the State of Florida since 2008 and has a diversified resume in civil litigation practice. After participating in the renown Children and Youth Clinic at the University of Miami representing children in foster care and former foster youth in dependency, health care, mental health, disability, independent living, education, immigration and other general civil legal matters, Simone spent an early part of her career advocating for the rights of Florida’s children as a Senior Attorney for the Department of Children and Families. She has also worked on Executive Office of Immigration (EOIR) matters, representing non- immigrant clients in removal proceedings.
Since leaving immigration practice, Simone has worked exclusively in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law. Prior to working at Steinger, Greene and Feiner, she worked as an attorney for one of the largest Plaintiff’s PIP litigation firms in the State of Florida. She also represented one of the largest automobile insurance carriers as a defense attorney. This gives Simone a unique vantage point of both the sides of the law.
Simone joined Steinger Greene & Feiner in 2019. She currently utilizes her diversified experience and skills as a civil litigator to advocate on behalf of medical providers in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) litigation cases. She is a passionate advocate for the injured and the medical providers who provide essential medical services to heal them.
When not practicing, Simone can be found enjoying the beach or travelling with her husband and baby daughter.
