Scott Cammack is a dedicated personal injury attorney with more than 30 years of experience helping injured people throughout Tennessee and Kentucky. Based in Nashville, Scott has devoted his legal career to advocating for individuals and families whose lives have been disrupted by serious injuries. Scott grew up on a family farm just outside Sparta, Kentucky, where he learned the value of hard work, perseverance, and responsibility. After graduating from Owen County High School in 1988, he attended the University of Kentucky, earning a bachelor’s degree in English in 1992. He then attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating with his J.D. in 1995. While in law school, Scott worked as a law clerk before beginning his career in private practice.
Since entering private practice in 1995, Scott has devoted his career to representing injured people. Over the years, he has represented clients in cases involving major corporations, including Ford Motor Company and Firestone Tire, as well as numerous road construction companies. He has secured numerous million-dollar settlements and has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Scott’s extensive experience has taught him that every client’s story matters. He understands that an injury is not simply something a person deals with in the immediate aftermath of an accident—it can be a life-altering event that affects an individual’s family, finances, career, and future.

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and their six children and three grandsons. He and his wife enjoy traveling, particularly to the beach and the mountains, and they love exploring places such as Folly Beach, the Great Smoky Mountains, Asheville, and Red River Gorge. They also enjoy cooking made-from-scratch meals for family and friends. Scott is passionate about his faith, enjoys reading and studying the Bible, and has a strong interest in history. He and his wife also enjoy discovering new restaurants and searching for the best local food wherever their travels take them.
