Dara Paulsen is an attorney at Steinger, Iscoe & Greene’s Fort Lauderdale office. She graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology in 2007. Dara then earned her Juris Doctorate with a dual degree (Executive Masters in Public Administration in Health Services Management and Policy) from Syracuse University College of Law in 2011, again graduating cum laude.
Barred in both Georgia and Florida, Dara began her career practicing family law in Georgia for three years. After moving to Florida, she worked in commercial litigation for about three years, specializing in debt spectrum litigation. She has now been practicing personal injury law for over a year.
Dara is especially skilled in being able to determine the needs of her clients very quickly, and knows how to get her clients the compensation they deserve. She loves personal client interaction and helping “the little guy.” She knows that many of the firm’s clients come from low socioeconomic background, and she is passionate about empowering them.
When she’s not working, Dara sits on the Executive Board for the Young Professionals for Covenant House, which hosts social events for young professionals in the community that help raise money for homeless youth.
