Carlos Betancourt, Esq., is a Personal Injury Attorney whose practice is dedicated to representing individuals in a wide range of personal injury matters, including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, as well as slip-and-fall, trip-and-fall, and other premises liability claims. Through his work, Carlos advocates on behalf of those who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others, guiding clients through complex legal processes while pursuing the maximum compensation available under the law.
Prior to joining Steinger, Greene & Feiner, Carlos devoted his practice to representing individuals who were unable to effectively advocate for themselves. During that time, he vigorously pursued favorable outcomes for clients involved in motor vehicle collisions and premises liability matters throughout the State of Florida. In addition to his personal injury practice, Carlos has experience advising businesses and business owners in matters involving business and contract disputes.
Carlos earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, graduating with Honors. Throughout law school, he demonstrated consistent academic excellence and was named to the Dean’s List in nearly every semester. Before attending law school, Carlos received his bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in International Relations, from Florida International University.
Carlos is proud to be an attorney who approaches his work with compassion, determination, and unwavering dedication to his clients. From an early age, he knew he wanted to pursue a legal career devoted to advocating for individuals and protecting their rights. He remains deeply committed to helping his clients achieve meaningful results while standing firm against powerful insurance carriers.
Outside of his legal practice, Carlos enjoys spending time outdoors. In his free time, he can often be found hiking in the mountains, exploring new cities and forests, or kayaking with friends. He also values spending quality time with his family, friends, and pets.
