Adalbert Martinez

Adalbert Martinez is an attorney at the Port Saint Lucie office of Steinger, Greene & Feiner. He was born in Havana, Cuba, and grew up in Miami, Florida. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2021.

Adalbert graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Political Science.  He recently graduated Cum Laude from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School. There, he received several academic awards, including the Dean’s List and Honor Roll, and Book Awards in Health Law, Advocacy, and Restorative Justice.

During Law School, he interned at the school’s Debt Relief clinic and received a certificate of appreciation for assisting indigent clients with their financial-related legal issues. He was appointed to the school’s Moot Court executive board and was elected as their Vice-Chief Justice. He was also a Teaching Assistant in Health Law, where he assisted law students with their medical malpractice and compliance projects.

Adalbert was selected to participate in the school’s skills academy, where he and his team successfully litigated two Jury Trials: (DUI Defense) and (PI Plaintiff), and a Bench Trial (Family Law case). He and his team were recognized by professors and judges for their exceptional advocacy and trial skills during the academy.

Prior to joining Steinger, Greene & Feiner, Adalbert enjoyed a successful 21-year career in Asset Protection and Risk Management with several reputable organizations. In May 2021, he retired from an outstanding 11-year career with CVS Health to prepare for the Florida Bar exam. While at CVS Health, Adalbert led a large team of Asset Protection leaders who were responsible for protecting pharmacy and retail assets.

Adalbert is a passionate advocate for those who cannot help themselves and is an extremely driven professional. He intends to use his previous professional experience and exceptional investigative skills to help people and his community.
