Dr. DiMartino was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1963. He grew up in South Florida and graduated from Cooper City High School in 1981. Dr. DiMartino obtained his Bachelor’s degree in human biology in 1984 and his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1986. Dr. DiMartino graduated with highest honors from Valparaiso University Law School in 1999. He maintained active chiropractic and law practices in Northwest Indiana until June 2003, when he relocated to Florida to be closer to his parents.

Dr. DiMartino is a trial attorney who has handled cases in numerous jurisdictions. He brings an understanding of medical issues, injury and disease to the practice of law. This background allows him to truly understand the nature and extent of his clients’ injuries.

Over the years, Dr. DiMartino has represented individuals, corporations, defendant doctors, hospitals, and insurance companies in litigation involving injury and healthcare. Over the last two years, Dr. DiMartino has obtained valuable jury verdicts for his clients including a $ 4 million verdict for the estate of a deceased teenager in August 2008.
