Adam T. Dougherty
Florida Injury Lawyer
An attorney since 2004, Adam Dougherty, Esquire was one of only 55 attorneys throughout the United States invited to attend Gerry Spence's Trial Lawyers College in 2006. The sole purpose of the summit was to sharpen each trial attorney's skills toward most effectively representing their clients in court. For the length of his professional life, Mr. Dougherty has been involved with the justice and legal systems, initially in law enforcement and then in the courts as an attorney. He has worked with the Broward Public Defender's office after which he stepped into Personal Injury law, specializing in auto accident, slip and fall, wrongful death and negligence cases.
Mr. Dougherty is proud of that fact that he has never represented the Government or Big Corporations, but instead has committed his career to representing and defending real people in difficult situations. A graduate of Arizona State University and the University of Akron School of Law, Mr. Dougherty has been a South Florida resident in Broward County since 2003. He has been admitted to practice law by the United States Supreme Court, US Court of Appeals 11th Circuit, the Arizona Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association, US District Courts of Northern, Middle and Southern Florida and Arizona. Mr. Dougherty is also a member of American Association of Justice, Florida Justice Association, Broward County Justice Association and the National, Florida and Broward Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Steinger, Iscoe & Greene shares attorney Adam Dougherty's commitment to those in need throughout our South Florida community and is proud to have him as a member of the Steinger, Iscoe & Greene legal team in our Fort Lauderdale office. Defending and fighting for the rights of Broward county injury victims and their families is what we, and Mr. Dougherty do, day in and day out—fully committed to our clients' best interests.
