Scott Goldstein is an associate in the Port St. Lucie office of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene. Mr. Goldstein graduated from Bucknell University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He received his Juris Doctor from the Hofstra University School of Law in 1992. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1992 and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1995 and the Northern District of New York in 2008. While in New York, Mr. Goldstein’s practice was focused in the area of personal injury and tort litigation representing both plaintiffs and defendants.
Mr. Goldstein relocated to South Florida and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2002. Initially, he continued to concentrate his practice in the area of civil litigation focusing primarily on all aspects of insurance defense litigation. This included cases involving automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, negligent security, construction related litigation, and commercial litigation.
During the last four years, Mr. Goldstein returned to his roots focusing his practice on the representation of plaintiffs in all aspects of personal injury litigation which will remain his primary area of practice at Steinger, Iscoe & Greene.
