Partner, Gary Iscoe, alongside Steinger, Iscoe & Greene attorney Robert Blank were able to achieve a $1,678,000.00 settlement to compensate their client for his debilitating injuries that resulted in a spinal fusion surgery. Our client was a pedestrian that was struck by work van. The driver swerved from the road onto the shoulder, hitting the injured victim.

After numerous surgeries, the client has recovered their pre-accident bodily functions. Although the defendant contended that the victim was comparatively negligent in causing or contributing to this accident, Attorneys Gary Iscoe and Robert Blank were able to achieve a $1.67 million dollar settlement to compensate their client for his debilitating injury.
