Gregory Forsythe

Mr. Forsythe was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2005 and focuses his practice on assisting individuals receive their workers' compensation benefits. Mr. Forsythe’s is highly acclaimed for his proficiency in the art of negotiations. His abilities were recognized early on and at only 26 years of age, he was solicited to act as lead counsel for the largest company in the world on numerous cases, and by age 28, Mr. Forsythe was entrusted to craft a million dollar settlement on the behalf of an employer/carrier.

It did not take long before Mr. Forsythe became crestfallen and deflated spiritually by the systematic exploitation of Florida’s injured workers at the hands of insurance carriers. That is why Mr. Forsythe now exclusively dedicates his practice to assist individuals in receiving their statutory entitlement to workers' compensation benefits. Furthermore, Mr. Forsythe has lectured at continuing education seminars on the subject’s of alternative dispute resolution; mediation preparation and tactics; as well as Florida Workers’ Compensation Case Law Updates and Analysis.

Mr. Forsythe is proud to sit on the Board of Directors for the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund. This is a non-for-profit corporation, whose primary function is to award scholarships to students who are dependants or descendants of workers who were injured or killed in the course and scope of their employment and who are eligible to receive benefits under the Florida Workers' Compensation system. The scholarship is also open to dependants or descendants of people who are primarily engaged in the administration of the Florida Workers' Compensation law. Mr. Forsythe also serves as Vice Chairman of the annual golf tournament's sub-committee.
