Diran V. Seropian
Senior Associate, West Palm Beach
A South Florida native, Diran V. Seropian is an esteemed member of the Steinger, Iscoe & Greene legal team. A senior associate with the firm's West Palm Beach office, Mr. Seropian is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Supreme Court of Florida, and all local courts within the State of Florida. He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.
Mr. Seropian earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Vassar College. In 1988, he accomplished his Juris Doctor degree magna cum laude from the Nova University Center for the Study of Law. While attending law school, he was awarded a series of honors and distinctions, including graduating in the top 3.68 percent of his class, Academic Merit Scholarships 1986-1988, Dean's Award for Academic Excellence, 1986 Member of Nova Law Review, and was a Nova Law Review Notes and Comments Editor in 1987-1988. Mr. Seropian authored a Note published in the Nova Law Review, "A Practitioner's Guide to Dismissal for Failure to Prosecute Under Florida Rule of Civil Produce 1.420(e)," 11 Nova Law Review 873 (1987).
Mr. Seropian focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, premises and products liability, automobile negligence, professional malpractice, and appellate practice. As a highly experienced civil litigator with numerous jury trials, Mr. Seropian has been awarded the prestigious AV® rating by Martindale-Hubbell and is board-certified by the Florida Bar in Appellate Practice. He has handled over 100 appeals in many types of review proceedings, including nonfinal and final appeals, and original proceedings, including writs of certiorari, prohibition and mandamus. His appellate expertise affords him powerful insight into his litigation practice, all on his clients' behalf.
A native of South Florida, Mr. Seropian enjoys fishing, tennis, and water skiing.
