Daniel Lacesa was a trial consultant before becoming a member of The Florida Bar and began concentrating on personal injury cases. He received a $22 million verdict for the wrongful death of two young drivers against the Florida Highway Patrol for failure to respond to a 911 emergency call (Pollack v. FHP, Dade County, 1998). Mr. Lacesa now concentrates his area of practice on representing victims in premises liability claims for Steinger, Iscoe & Greene.
