There are few better ways to finish up the holiday season than by watching fireworks with your friends and loved ones on New Year’s Eve. Miami is the perfect place to do so, whether you go to a loved one’s home or hit one of South Florida’s many gorgeous beaches.
If you’re planning to celebrate with fireworks this New Year’s Eve in Miami, it’s important you know Florida’s fireworks laws. You’re personally allowed to buy and use sparklers, snakes, fountains and glow worms. However, you’re not allowed to set off aerial and/or explosive fireworks unless they’re being used for an approved purpose — and celebrating New Year’s Eve is not an approved use.

The hottest hotel in South Beach turns 80 this year, and they’re celebrating in style with an 80s-themed New Year’s Eve party! Different ticket levels at the Clevelander get you different access, but they all give you a ticket to an amazing fireworks display at midnight.
6. Stay Low-Key at Wynwood NYE 2019

For an event with no cover charges and plenty of entertainment, check out the New Year’s Eve party at Wynwood Marketplace. There will be live music, fire eaters, dancers and more. Plus, food trucks will be on-site, and you get a free drink with your RSVP!
7. Rock into 2019 at the Hard Rock Cafe
